1. Os envios são feitos por serviço de correio.

2. Os custos de envio incluem em todos os casos o Imposto sobre o Valor Acrescentado (IVA), mas nenhum outro imposto, taxa, imposto ou sobretaxa.

3. Por envio entende-se a entrega dos artigos no domicílio ou morada indicada pelo cliente durante o processo de encomenda, limitando-se as zonas de entrega acima indicadas.

4. A Kimondo entrega as encomendas ao serviço de correio no prazo indicado. Não nos responsabilizamos por possíveis atrasos na entrega causados pelos serviços de entrega.

5. A agência faz uma tentativa de entrega como regra, em horários de grande volume essas tentativas de entrega podem ser reduzidas e caso tenham sido feitas várias tentativas e ele ainda esteja ausente, o pedido será deixado no ponto de coleta mais próximo..

6. Em caso de ausência do cliente no momento da entrega, após as tentativas efetuadas pela agência de transporte, a encomenda será deixada na agência ou escritório mais próximo do destinatário. Se passados 15 dias (em alturas de grande volume este tempo pode ser mais curto), o cliente não levantar a sua encomenda, esta será novamente devolvida ao Kimondo. Para que o pedido seja reenviado, o cliente deverá arcar com os custos de envio correspondentes.

7. Encomendas à cobrança, as encomendas com este meio de pagamento devem ter em conta que no momento da entrega o estafeta solicitará o valor exato do valor do reembolso especificado na encomenda. O estafeta não costuma levar troco e o pagamento será feito em dinheiro, nunca com cartão.

8. Se sua remessa nos foi devolvida por qualquer um dos seguintes motivos:

Endereço incompleto como falta de número, rua, andar e após contato com o cliente o pacote passou nas tentativas de entrega e prazo máximo.
Falta de telefone ou qualquer contato assumindo um motivo pelo qual a entrega não pode ser concluída por faltas.
Entrega recusada pelo cliente ao correio.

Você será reembolsado pelo valor dos produtos, descontando os custos de manuseio da devolução e envio do pacote (caso tenha beneficiado de uma promoção de frete grátis ou frete mais barato, a diferença com o custo real de gerenciamento).
