1. Envie um email para info@kimondo.es indicando o número da encomenda e os artigos que pretende devolver. Você também pode fazê-lo a partir do seu \"Histórico de pedidos\" em sua conta da web, selecionando os itens que deseja devolver no pedido.
2. Após aceitar a sua devolução, pode enviar a encomenda pelos seus próprios meios para o nosso armazém.

3. Assim que os seus artigos forem recebidos são analisados, se tudo estiver correto, procederemos ao pagamento do valor dos mesmos. No prazo máximo de 14 dias úteis após a receção da encomenda no nosso armazém.
NOTA: O facto de aceitarmos a sua devolução e recebê-la no nosso armazém não garante o seu pagamento, por isso deve cumprir os requisitos indicados abaixo e não apresentar sinais de uso. No caso de não passar na fase de revisão, reservamo-nos o direito de reenviar sua postagem de retorno devida e deduzir os custos da coleta, caso a tenhamos feito.
*Em tempos de muita saturação como Natal ou saldos nem sempre será possível oferecer recolhas ao domicílio junto da agência, nesse caso, o cliente deverá enviar-nos a devolução pelos seus próprios meios.
*Em caso de devolução da totalidade dos produtos de uma encomenda e de ter beneficiado de portes grátis, reservamo-nos o direito de cobrar os custos deste primeiro envio grátis, além dos custos correspondentes da devolução.

que possamos aceitar a devolução e pagar-lhe o valor correspondente, precisamos que você atenda aos seguintes requisitos:
- Os itens devem conter todas as suas peças originais, etiquetas, plásticos, sacos, e caixa, se presente. Caso não seja devolvido conforme foi entregue ao cliente, nos reservaremos o direito de não emitir reembolso.
- Você pode devolver a embalagem usando a mesma embalagem com a qual a recebeu ou outra, sempre para que chegue até nós corretamente protegido para que o conteúdo não seja danificado.
- Se você devolver o produto de um pedido que incluiu um presente em promoção ou similar, será necessário devolver também o presente, caso contrário nos reservamos o direito de não para devolver o valor.
- No caso de devolução do produto de um pedido que teve códigos promocionais aplicados com base no valor total do pedido, estes serão ajustados ao novo total resultante levando em consideração o total valor após a devolução ou troca do artigo.
- Política de pontos Kimondo: os pontos gerados por um pedido em caso de devolução serão descontados. Exemplo: se você fizer um pedido e acumular pontos que utiliza em um segundo pedido, e quiser devolver o primeiro pedido, a quantidade de pontos utilizados no segundo pedido será deduzida porque corresponde ao item devolvido e por outro mão, o segundo pedido acumulará os pontos correspondentes.

caso de os itens recebidos apresentarem algum defeito, você deve nos notificar no prazo máximo de 48 horas após o recebimento do seu pedido e nos fornecer imagens do defeito.
