Vous pouvez également le faire à partir de votre \"Historique des commandes\" dans votre compte sur le Web, en sélectionnant les articles que vous souhaitez retourner dans la commande.
2. Après avoir accepté votre retour, vous pouvez l'envoyer à notre entrepôt situé au:

3. Une fois vos articles reçus, ils sont examinés, si tout est correct, nous procéderons au paiement du montant correspondant, en déduisant si nous avons collecté les frais de collecte mentionnés ci-dessus. Dans un délai maximum de 14 jours ouvrés après réception du colis dans notre entrepôt.
*Le fait que nous acceptions votre retour et le recevions dans notre entrepôt ne garantit pas qu'il sera payé, pour cela il doit répondre aux exigences indiquées ci-dessous et ne pas montrer de signes d'utilisation. Dans le cas où il ne passe pas la phase d'examen, nous nous réservons le droit de vous renvoyer votre retour en port dû et de déduire les frais de l'enlèvement si nous l'avons fait nous-mêmes.

que nous puissions accepter le retour et vous payer le montant correspondant, nous avons besoin que vous remplissiez les conditions suivantes :
- Les articles doivent contenir toutes leurs pièces d'origine, leurs étiquettes, leurs plastiques, leurs sacs, et boîte si présente. S'il n'est pas retourné tel qu'il a été livré au client, nous nous réserverons le droit de ne pas effectuer de remboursement.
- Vous pouvez retourner le colis en utilisant le même emballage avec lequel vous l'avez reçu ou un autre, toujours afin qu'il nous parvienne correctement protégé afin que le contenu ne soit pas endommagé.
- Si vous retournez le produit d'une commande qui comprenait un cadeau en promotion ou similaire, il sera nécessaire de retourner également le cadeau, sinon nous nous réservons le droit de ne pas rembourser le montant.
- Si vous retournez le produit d'une commande à laquelle des codes promotionnels ont été appliqués en fonction de la valeur totale de la commande, ceux-ci seront ajustés au nouveau total résultant prenant en compte la valeur totale après le retour ou l'échange de l'article.
- Politique de points Kimondo : les points générés par une commande en cas de retour seront réduits.
