1. Enviar un correo a info@kimondo.es indicándonos el número de pedido y los artículos que deseas devolver. También puedes hacerlo desde tu \"Historial de pedidos\" en tu cuenta desde la web, seleccionando los artículos que deseas devolver en el pedido.
2. Tras aceptar tu devolución puedes enviarnos el paquete por tus propios medios a la siguiente dirección:

*Únicamente se admiten devoluciones entregadas en la dirección especificada, no nos desplazamos a buscar paquetes de devolución a otros locales o ubicaciones.
3. Una vez recibidos tus artículos son revisados, si todo es correcto, procederemos a abonarte el importe de los mismos. Dentro de un plazo máximo de 14 días hábiles tras recibir el paquete en nuestro almacén.
NOTA: El hecho de que aceptemos tu devolución y la recepcionemos en nuestro almacén, no garantiza que se vaya abonar, para ello ha de cumplir los requisitos indicados más abajo y no presentar signos de uso. En caso de que no supere la fase de revisión nos reservamos el derecho de reenviarte tu devolución a portes debidos y descontar los gastos de la recogida si es que la hemos efectuado nosotros.
*En épocas de mucha saturación como navidades o rebajas no siempre será posible ofrecer recogidas a domicilio con la agencia, en ese caso, el cliente deberá enviarnos la devolución por sus medios.
*En caso de devolver el total de los productos de un pedido y haberte beneficiado de envío gratis, nos reservamos el derecho a cobrar los costes de este primer envío gratis además de los correspondientes gastos de la devolución.

que podamos aceptar la devolución y abonarte el importe correspondiente necesitamos que cumplas los siguientes requisitos:
- Los artículos deberán contener todas sus piezas originales, etiquetado, plásticos, bolsas, caja en caso de contener. En caso de no devolverse tal cual se ha entregado al cliente, nos reservaremos el derecho de no realizar el reembolso.
- Puedes devolver el paquete utilizando el mismo embalaje con el que lo has recibido o otro, siempre de forma que nos llegue correctamente protegido para que no se dañe el contenido.
- En caso de que nosotros te efectuemos la recogida con la agencia de mensajería, tendrás que identificar el paquete con la etiqueta que te aportemos si has seleccionado esta opción.
- En caso de devolver el producto de un pedido que tuviera un regalo como promoción o similar, será necesario devolver también el regalo, en caso contrario nos reservamos el derecho a no devolver el importe.
- En caso de devolver el producto de un pedido que tuviera aplicados códigos promocionales basados en el valor total del pedido, estos serán ajustados al nuevo total resultante teniendo en cuenta el valor total después de la devolución o cambio de artículo.
- Política de puntos Kimondo: los puntos que genera un pedido en caso de devolución serán descontados. Ejemplo: si realizas un pedido y acumulas puntos que utilizas en un segundo pedido, y deseas devolver el primer pedido, se descontará el importe de puntos utilizados en el segundo pedido por corresponder al artículo devuelto y por otro lado el segundo pedido acumulará sus puntos correspondientes.
- Es necesario incluir dentro del paquete una hoja en la que se especifique el número de pedido y nombre completo de la persona que realizó la compra correspondiente a la devolución, de no ir identificado no se podrá realizar el reembolso.
- En caso de efectuar una devolución resultando el total del pedido en un valor inferior al de la promoción de envío gratis, se descontarán del importe a abonar los gastos del envío de los cuales se ha beneficiado el cliente al realizar la compra.
- No se admiten los devoluciones al no ser que se trate de un defecto en productos ropa interior, bañadores, bikinis, peines y colonias.

el caso que los artículos recibidos tengan un defecto deberás notificárnoslo en un plazo máximo de 48h tras haber recibido tu pedido y proporcionarnos imágenes del defecto.
En caso de defecto nos hacemos cargo de todos los costes de recogida y realizamos un remplazo del artículo defectuoso por otro igual, en caso de no disponer del mismo artículo se consultará al cliente para hacer el cambio por otro de similares características y precio o el abono completo del producto / pedido.
Para solucionarlo tendrás que enviarnos un correo a info@kimondo.es y notificárnoslo para que enviemos a la agencia de mensajería a recoger el articulo/s defectuoso y tras recibirlo procederemos al abono completo sin costes.
*** Kimondo se reserva el derecho a reclamar los costes de envío y devolución en caso de devoluciones reiteradas por parte del cliente por desistimiento sin pertenecer a devoluciones por defecto o causas imputables a Kimondo.
